EXCLUSIVE SERVICE PROVIDER OF CORE TECH BY LANGENBURG RESEARCH
Industrial, municipal, and spa tech services are offered in accordance to Langenburg's Company Policy, Terms of Engagement, and Media Usage Policy – found on the Proposals section of this website.
Pre-Engagement Service Provisions

Feasibility Study
Performed by Langenburg, the feasibility study becomes certified as a bankable instrument by Langenburg's funding institutions that have pre-vetted the technology, which is used to secure the engagement agreement between the end-user client and the service provider. Its fee starts at $250K, variable with project complexity. The study is made after acceptance of the following instruments of the engagement docket: 1) Project Inquiry, 2) Verification of Ownership & Control, 3) Financial Qualification, 4) Nondisclosure Agreement, and 5) Letter of Intent with Request for Services.
Post-Engagement Service Provisions

Custom Systems Design to Client Specification
Systems and equipment for the client's project are individually designed to specification, and to be integrated with existing utility connections located at the prospective end-user client's project hosting platform. Initially evaluated from a project inquiry, the design is finalized after the required feasibility study, and submission of the engagement fee, and in accordance to plans described in the engagement agreement.

Custom Manufacture
At Langenburg's expense, all equipment and systems for the engaged end-user client's project is individually manufactured to specification, with stringent standards for its assembly, parts, materials and metallurgy. Some subsystems are pre-manufactured modules. Specialized plumbing fixtures, conduits, adapters, instruments, connectors, sensors, valves, seals, pumps, motors, controllers, computers, displays are procured from other sources, including some Langenburg-affiliated manufacturers.

Delivery
Langenburg arranges and provides loading, transport, unpacking, and placement of the custom-manufactured equipment and systems at the engaged end-user client's project hosting platform. The leased equipment and systems supplied, remains property of Langenburg Technologies indefinitely, including any/all inherent and related intellectual component (without any technology transfer) that is proprietary and subject to licensed use by the engaged end-user client.

Installation & Configuration
Preparations for input/output flow connections, and any power supply requirements are made in-advance for Langenburg, at the facilities of the engaged end-user client's project hosting platform – some systems are self-powered. Langenburg arranges, mounts and interconnects the equipment. Subsystems and stages of flow are configured, balanced, programmed, and set-up with various adjustments made in order to match or exceed specifications.

Activation & Testing
Langenburg performs testing and calibration after activation of its systems and equipment. Each system is unique, comprising a collection of multiple subsystems of variable scale and capacity. Production modules added to extend a core waste-to-energy system's functionality may be attached, each requiring individual activation, testing and calibration.

Operations & Revenue Sharing
Operations are monitored by remote telemetry. Products resulting from project operations such as grid power, municipal water, waste remediation services, collection of materials from mining, and production of configured materials – the revenue sharing ratio is in accordance to the engagement agreement.
