Custom Manufacture
Systems and equipment for the client's project is individually manufactured to specification, with stringent standards for its assembly, parts, materials and metallurgy. Some of the subsystems are pre-manufactured modules. Specialized plumbing fixtures, conduits, adapters, instruments, connectors, sensors, valves, seals, pumps, motors, controllers, computers, displays are procured from other (some Langenburg-affiliated) manufacturers.
Installation & Configuration
Preparations of the input/output flow connections, and power supply requirements are made in-advance by client at the facilities of its project hosting platform unless the system is configured to be self-powered. Langenburg arranges installation comprising placement, mounting, interconnection and setup of the equipment. Subsystems and stages of flow are configured, balanced, programmed, and tuned with various adjustments made in order to match or exceed specifications.
Operations & Sales Revenue Sharing
Operations are monitored by remote telemetry. Products resulting from project operations, such as grid power, municipal water, waste remediation services, collection of materials from mining, and production of configured materials. Revenues are distributed in accordance with the revenue sharing ratio calculated during the feasibility study, and finalized in the engagement agreement.
Custom Design to Client Specification
Systems and equipment for the client's project are individually designed to specification, to be integrated at the client's project hosting platform.
Delivery of Systems for Installation
Langenburg arranges and provides transport of the custom-manufactured equipment and systems for installation, configuration, testing, initiation of functionality leading to operations at the facilities of the client's project hosting platform.
Testing & Initiation of Functionality
Langenburg performs testing and calibration of its installed systems and equipment. Each system is unique, comprising multiple subsystems at highly variable scales and capacity. Production modules added to extend a core waste-to-energy system's functionality may be attached, each requiring Langenburg's initiation, testing and calibration.
