invitation for proposals
Langenburg Technologies (LT) is currently vetting prospective end-user clients to engage for licensed use of its advanced proprietary technology solutions. Larger-scale deployments in heavy-industrial, and municipal utility application settings are preferred.
PROPOSALS ARE INITIATED BY MAKING AN ONLINE PROJECT INQUIRY
Project inquiries are made directly from the current owning and controlling entity of a prospective Project Hosting Platform. Project Inquiries serve as a draft Request For Services. The Project Hosting Platform is a physical site, with facilities and connections that can successfully accept the LT Systems installation. A Project Inquiry is also used as an instrument of diligence by Langenburg in order to assess the project's viability potential, value proposition and risk assessment.

Engagements incorporate a standard, renewable 20-year term of use and operation, secured by bankable instruments such as a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Water Purchase Agreement (WPA), and/or in the case of mining operations... a properly Certified Mine Assay (CMA) can be used.
An engaged End-User Client is the direct beneficiary of the solution enabled by LT Systems, with intent to follow through with the required instruments of the engagement docket shown below on this web-page. After the LT Systems installation, the engaged parties are collectively incentivized to continue the project's operations throughout the term by a sharing the profits generated by sales of the products resulting from LT Systems operation.
engagement is selective and limited – see the proposal eligibility checklist
