Langenburg – Creating The Future with The Power of Water & Light

creating a regenerative and self-sustaining future by the power of water and light

PROJECT PROPOSALS

Invitation to Engage

INVITATION TO ENGAGE OUR TECHNOLOGY SERVICES

Beyond its expanding portfolio of internal projects, Langenburg Technologies (LT) is currently vetting prospective end-user clients to engage for licensed use of its advanced proprietary solutions as a technology accelerator service, ready for deployment in multiple large-scale application settings.

By client specification, systems are custom-designed, manufactured, delivered, installed and setup at the client facility for use under a 20-year renewable lease program initiated by a flat one-time engagement fee.  Revenues arising from the project's operations are shared throughout the term of operation.  Prospective end-user clients present an actionable and viable project platform suitable to host LT systems under a bilateral MOU for projects in heavy industry, civil-municipal infrastructure, and for bio-regenerative medical spa applications.  Depending on the project factors, it existing systems can be upgraded using LT retrofits, or an installation of 100% LT-proprietary equipment – or some combination of both.

Project proposals are generally made similar in position

and in approach, as though a presentation to

angel investment or venture capital funding audiences.

Our technology accelerator services extend the operational performance of an industrial process involving water, power, and waste, to become advanced beyond any other conventional solution available.  Applications of Langenburg core technology enables regenerative operation without residual or any pollutive emission, compliant to any global standard.  Our synthetic non-carbon fuel is used to operate Langenburg's waste-to-energy and waterworks plants as a self-sustaining, regenerative closed-loop system.  LT's liquid hydrogen-based fuel is a non-carbon formula made from any waste intake, and used to operate a turbine-generator set (power unit).

This Project Proposals page is a guide to our business

model and company policy.  Its procedure uses sequential key

instruments of a project-based engagement docket.

Company Policy

Engagement is very selective and limited.

~ LANGENBURG'S VALUE PROPOSITION & SERVICE MODEL

Langenburg core tech solutions originate through and over 50 years of innovative research and development, with a history of major contributions to military and commercial industry sectors – founded upon the scientific legacy of Langenburg Research.

... more on the FOUNDINGS page of this website.

A typical LT waste-to-energy project with water municipal water system of several-hundred megawatt capacity involves up-front expenses ranging in the hundreds-of-millions for its design survey, custom design, material acquisition, manufacture, delivery, installation, configuration, connection and calibration – without expense to the engaged end-user client.

The capabilities and status of Langenburg's proprietary systems represents the world's most scientifically advanced core technology solution, and the only viable alternative to conventional energy infrastructure including wind and solar-voltaic technology.  The efficacy and readiness of the technology is pre-vetted by Langenburg's financing institutions;

... overcoming the most difficult hurdle that usually
prevents successful emergence of new technologies.

Accordingly, Langenburg's standards for engagement are selective for the highest integrity proposals

introduced in qualified standing that have been deemed viable to pursue toward formal engagement.

~ ADVANCED & PRACTICAL HYDROGEN SOLUTIONS

Langenburg's synthetic non-carbon fuel is produced exclusively from converted waste, based upon a stable form of hydrogen that exceeds the classification of "green hydrogen" in accordance with Hydrogen Economy standards.  The nature of its synthesis is without electrolysis or dependency on any other conventional means... and in a manner eliminating nearly all of the expected supply chain factors.  This proprietary non-toxic fuel features properties similar to water, with an indefinite shelf-life; its only produced emission is clean water vapor.

An option for a non-carbon fuel is ammonia (NH3).  Ammonia presents toxicity, containing only about half the heat energy by volume as gasoline, dependent upon sodium chloride (NaCl), barium chloride (BaCL 2), and sodium flouride (NaF) as catalysts to achieve a sufficient combustion rate. Its catalysts also prevent unwanted nitride (N3-) byproducts.  Hydrogen peroxide is another non-carbon fuel-cell technology challenged by many factors including its dependency upon nickel (Ni) and lead sulfate (PbSO4) catalysts used to facilitate its combustion.

Although other technologies exist that may temporarily stabilize hydrogen in gaseous form, there is no other storage and delivery solution for stable liquid hydrogen without need for cyrogenics, other than Langenburg.

LT synthetic liquid hydrogen-based fuel is made from any
wastewater or seawater, overcoming conventional
challenges of hydrogen such as the necessity of:
a clean and low-energy production process;
scalability; liquid stability at ambient temperatures;
gaseous compression, fuel cells, or cyrogenics.

Langenburg's proprietary hydrogen-based liquid fuel requires no catalysts for delivery of energy.  Its sum practical benefits place it at the leading edge for solutions to current Hydrogen Economy challenges.

~ SOLUTIONS FOR REGENERATIVE INDUSTRY

In response to climate narratives, Langenburg understands the cultural reactivity, policy-making, regulatory activities, and  related initiatives on carbon footprint, green initiatives, hydrogen economy, net-zero, and renewable energy.

Investment volume into renewable energy solutions are currently led by China, then USA, followed by Germany.  The current "climate" for renewables however is challenged to offset intermittent deficits involved with wind and solar (renewable) platforms.  Energy storage in the form of hydrogen tanks, battery networks super/ultra capacitors are currently the best practical solutions to balance the troubled renewable power generation equation.  Coal-fired thermal generation is challenged with pollutive emissions, but still qualifies as the most reliable bulk baseload power source other than cleaner than heat derived from natural gas (methane / ethane / propane / butane).  The latest solution to reduce thermal plant emissions involve retrofits using "Advanced Ultra-SuperCritical" AUSC technology.

In spite of effective remedial options, coal-fired plants

continue to be decommissioned and demolished

under the auspice of compulsory regulations

and political objectives; see CASE STUDY on this site.

Considering the regenerative nature of the solutions available from Langenburg Technologies, a comprehensive model is emerging that our planet's ecological sphere is fundamentally regenerative, self-repairing, self-balancing and therefore a self-sustaining system.

Langenburg technology accelerator services overcome concerns and challenges for renewables using a new and very unconventional approach of applied quantum-biohydrodynamics and electrodynamics –– positioned as a new platform of waste-to-energy and waterworks technology for

self-sustainable heavy industry and civil infrastructure.

~ ENDING TOXICITY & POLLUTION (VS CARBON) IN THE ENVIRONMENT

Langenburg core tech applications represent robust zero-emission/pollution solutions in the truest sense, capable of actually solving the most complex challenges to eliminate toxicity that threatens life and environment.  Common pollutants include a variety of industrial particulates, SO2, CO, NO2, HCs, CH2O, industrial HAZMAT, medical wastes, pharmaceuticals, raw sewage and many other materials of concern that interfere with

the balance and quality of life and environment;

... all of which can be converted directly into purified

potable water, synthetic non-carbon fuel, electrical

grid power, and other valuable products using the

core technology applications of Langenburg Systems.

CO2's role in the planet's carbon cycle has now been considered by the US EPA as pollution.  Elemental carbon naturally occurs as carbon-12 comprising ≈99% of the universe's carbon content; while carbon-13 exists as ≈1% of universal volume, with the remainder as carbon-14. Carbon is a key element required for life.  Ozone (O3) has also been classified as a pollutant, however it is actually vital component of Earth's ionosphere, and emitted during thunderstorm activity producing a clean, fresh "bleach-like" aroma.  Environmental ozone also expedites a sanitizing effect, providing a free-radical acceleration to the oxidation process that is responsible for degradation of matter.  Reactive oxygen as O3, produces rust on bare metals exposed to the air over long periods of time.

The term greenhouse gas commonly attributed to global warming, actually refers to the agricultural use of CO2-injection systems used as a fertilizing agent to plants growing inside controlled spaces such as hot-houses and greenhouses.  LT Systems will accelerate the fertility and productivity of any hydroponic or aquaponic growing environment with its purified water product enriched with stable oxygen, minerals and nutrients that accelerate plant growth beyond conventional CO2 injection alone.  LT Systems can produce valuable liquid carbon fertilizers and enriched soil products that are vital to industrial agriculture.

Popular narratives have brought attention to CO2,

highlighting its actual biological purpose as one

of the fundamental enabler of life systems, and

its role for ecological regeneration, notably

its vital importance as a photosynthetic catalyst.

Gaseous CO2 and liquid carbons are plant fertilizers.

Elementary academics explains that carbon is the basis of life, and that CO2 is a necessary component of the planet's carbon cycle, a trace gas comprising 0.03%-0.04% of the atmosphere's volume to activate photosynthesis in plants in which oxygen is the byproduct. It has become common to cite elemental carbon existing as CO2, however each are differentiable with varying physical properties and roles in biology and environment.

Recent global surface imagery reveals the "leaf area index" by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (Terra/MODIS) on NASA’s Terra and Aqua satellites mapping land masses covered by green fauna.  The total greenness of the plant is animated by chlorophyll pigment resulting from photosynthesis, a quantum-bioregenerative process recently acknowledged to balance and stabilize global trace C02 levels.  Planetary greenness by photosynthesis depends on sufficient CO2, while producing atmospheric oxygen ~ an ultimate "green deal".  Photosynthetic biomechanisms affect leaf-gas exchange properties linked to proliferation of the plant kingdom – including aspects of biometabolism.  Discounting human interference, there is theoretically no limit (although many presentations are contrary) to the propensity greenness to increase by atmospheric CO2.

Current initiatives involving C02 as a pollutant, suggest to eradicate atmospheric CO2 by implementation of industrial carbon capture systems.  CO2 in the technology space can be harvested for various uses including CO2-to-formate fuel cells.

More research is needed to differentiate interactivity between CO2 and infrared light radiation to Earth from the sun, specifically regarding its coefficient of absorption, versus its coefficients of optical scattering properties, and reflection coefficient, its refraction index, and its ability to polarize infrared light. The quantum resonance of CO2 matches the infrared spectral range, suggesting that it is capable of converting infrared wave energy into mechanical force that in some situation can either reduce or provide a hysteresis effect (temporal redistribution of heat).  For this reason, CO2's is used as a common gain medium within IR laser applications.  A temporal redistribution of heat would provide obvious benefits to what could be a more dramatic surface temperature differential between day and night.  This system is complex.

Artificial manipulation to Earth's natural atmospheric trace gas balance may induce long-term ecological impacts to the carbon cycle, with implications to fertility of the global plant kingdom and food supply and potential disturbance to the balance of Earth's biosphere.

Therefore Langenburg provides a practical solution to end all emissions of toxic pollution, while recognizing the environment's biochemistry, especially in regards to elemental carbon and molecular carbon dioxide that enable and sustain all life and biological systems.

See more info below – regarding Langenburg Systems

production of carbon compounds, industrial carbon

dioxide (such as supercritical C02), agricultural liquid

carbon products, and many enriched fertile soil mixtures.

~ REGENERATIVE ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

The looming issue of agricultural fertilizers becoming increasingly banned by local, state, and global regulatory agencies can be alleviated by using a liquid carbon product made in a LT system, from any wastewater intake.  Increasingly becoming the target of stringent and limiting regulations, the high-nitrate residual wastewaters from industrial food processing facilities can be converted by Langenburg Systems into many valuable products.

In addition to Langenburg's proprietary agricultural water applications, liquid carbon is key to increasing the available organic carbon that greatly enhances fertility of ground soil.  Liquid carbon application to ground soil acts as a primary aliphatic precursor to its humic content to enrich microbiome and corresponding CO2-binding potential.  Aside from damaging eruptions, volcanic ash fallout provides similar biofunctionality of high-carbon, and is a mineral-rich fertilizer of long known benefit to ground fauna, and to ocean-based plankton.

Langenburg systems are configurable to produce

rich liquid carbon products for agriculture used to

greatly enhance ground soil's fertility, and to

accelerate the productivity of farming operations.

Liquid carbon is currently valued at ≈$33/gal,

useful to increase soil's "carbon footprint", providing

benefits similar in potency to natural volcanic ash, the benefits

of seasonal farm ground burns, that are increasingly

banned in concept and application by regulatory agencies.

For industrial farming applications, there are multiple beneficiary aspects for Langenburg systems including its oxygen and nutrient enriched water, and Langenburg's advanced approach to Aquaponics.  In addition to a liquid carbon soil conditioner, Langenburg systems can also produce a fertile enriched farming soil from any high-carbon intake, especially coal.

~ CONVERSION OF ANY & ALL WASTES INTO ENERGY & PRODUCTS

Ongoing deployment of Langenburg Systems will reduce environmental toxicity by its complete conversion to energy. There is a growing demand, and in certain cases a desperation for clean renewable baseload power, clean water and a better approach to solve complex problems with

the accumulation of waste.

Our waste-to-energy technology can generate baseload power from any waste converted to a proprietary non-toxic / non-carbon / zero-emission synthetic hydrogen-based liquid fuel.  The synthetic fuels long-term stability and reliable performance in Langenburg-proprietary closed-cycle regenerative hydrogen turbines operate in a facility with no air intake plenum or exhaust ports.

Other than thermonuclear power, Langenburg Systems

is the only viable regenerative, clean alternative to

renewable power derived from wind and solar farms.

~ ADVANCED ALTERNATIVES TO MUNICIPAL WATERWORKS

Because a Langenburg Waste-to-Energy Plant uses an advanced proprietary hydrodynamic process to separate/extract the pure clean water component from any wastewater, it can completely replace any typical municipal wastewater treatment plant. Municipal potable water can be purified to an extent that any pollutive components will be rendered chemically non-detectable by lab test.  A basic Langenburg waste-to-energy and waterworks plant can also be used to desalinate ocean water and convert the salts to energy, and to harvest medical-grade salts and other valuable materials from this intake.
