Langenburg works directly with the end-user that currently owns/controls the project hosting platform. Solicitations and offers for independent agency or brokerage are not accepted.
PROJECT OWNERSHIP & CONTROL
The entity submitting the Project Inquiry is the current owner/controller of the project hosting platform – the actual site and facility where the physical installation and connections of Langenburg's systems will occur.
Evidence is submitted verifying ownership, control, and/or directive corporate authority to legally act on behalf of the owner/controller of the proposed project's hosting platform.
Verification of this nature represents the readiness level and standing required in order to propose a project for Langenburg's consideration. In many situations, ownership and control is self-evident, and therefore no verification is required. NOTE: this requirement will exclude entities/parties acting as brokers and finders that are in search of, or in anticipation of, or acting on behalf of prospective projects, or of those that are not currently actionable;
